Add two to three weeks to any figure above for inland movement, consolidation and customs at both ends. Air freight is available for samples and for urgent replenishment.
Incoterms and Payment
Fleafel quotes on EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP or DDP terms. FOB is our default quotation basis. Payment is 30 per cent with order and 70 per cent against a copy bill of lading, or by irrevocable letter of credit at sight. Terms for repeat customers are agreed case by case.
Origin and Preferential Access
Palestinian industrial goods hold preferential access to the European Union under the Euro-Mediterranean Interim Association Agreement, to the United Kingdom under the corresponding interim agreement, and to EFTA states under a separate interim agreement. Whether a specific order qualifies for preferential origin depends on where its fabric was produced, under the rules of origin set out in the Pan-Euro-Mediterranean Convention. Fleafel confirms the origin position for each order before quotation and issues the EUR.1 movement certificate or invoice declaration your broker requires.
Continuity
Fleafel maintains alternative routing where it is available and notifies customers directly of any delay at a crossing or a port, with a revised delivery estimate rather than a holding message. Buffer stock arrangements for key accounts are agreed in advance and held against a rolling forecast. Our force majeure position is set out in our terms of sale.
