Fleafel Company for Trading and Textile Industries collects the information you enter into our enquiry form: your company name, your email address, and the details of your enquiry.

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation or sample. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

We keep enquiry records for three years from your last contact with us, and order records for the period required by Palestinian commercial and tax law. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the courier handling your sample and, where an order proceeds, with the freight forwarder and customs agent handling the shipment.

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to Fleafel_co@hotmail.com. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
