What We Make

Fleafel manufactures a full range of bedding and hospitality textiles: fitted and flat sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, comforters, blankets, bed skirts, curtains, table linen and towels. Every item is made to the customer specification, in the customer construction, under the customer label.

How We Work

  1. 01

    Specification

    You send a tech pack, a sample to copy, or a brief. We return a written specification covering fabric, construction, seam and stitch type, dimensions and tolerance, and hold it as the reference for the order.

  2. 02

    Sample

    A proto sample in 7 working days, then a pre-production sample in 12 working days once the proto is approved. Nothing enters bulk until the pre-production sample is signed off.

  3. 03

    Production

    Bulk runs against the approved sample and passes four inspection gates before release. Typical first order ships 45 to 60 days from sample approval, depending on the fabric route.

Capability Snapshot

Every dimension on a Fleafel product is derived, not guessed. A fitted sheet blank is cut at the finished panel size plus twice the pocket depth plus twice the hem allowance, with a square removed at each corner and the two cut edges joined to form the box. Pocket depth is set to the customer mattress, not to a house standard.

Quality

Fabric is inspected to the 4-point system on arrival and rejected above 20 points per 100 square yards. Sewing is checked in-line, with first-piece approval on every bundle. Finished units are inspected by random sampling to ISO 2859-1 at AQL 2.5 major and 4.0 minor before packing, and the order is released against documents only after a pre-shipment check. Every gate has a written pass or fail criterion.

Made in Palestine, shipped worldwide. Fleafel exports to the United Kingdom, the European Union, North America, the Gulf and Japan on EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP or DDP terms. FOB is our default quotation basis.
