What Fleafel Needs from You

  • Finished dimensions with the measurement convention stated, and the tolerance you will accept. Our standard is ±1.5 per cent on width and length.
  • Fabric construction, fibre composition and thread count, or weight in grams per square metre for linen and flannel.
  • Seam and stitch specification to ISO 4916 and ISO 4915, or a physical sample to work from.
  • Colour standard: a physical swatch or a Pantone TCX reference, and the lightbox illuminant you assess under.
  • Label artwork and content, including fibre composition wording, care symbols, dealer identity and country of origin.
  • Packing specification: polybag, insert, carton quantity, carton dimensions and carton marking.
  • Destination market, so labelling is built to the right rule from the first sample rather than corrected later.

Labelling and Packaging

Fleafel applies woven brand labels, printed or woven care labels, size labels, hang tags, polybags and printed cartons to your artwork. Barcodes are applied at unit, inner or carton level to your specification. We apply your dealer identity to the label, whether that is your name and postal address, your Canadian CA number or your US RN number. These registrations belong to the dealer in the market of sale, not to the manufacturer.
