Duvet Cover Manufacturer, Private Label and Hospitality
Button placket, concealed zip or envelope closure
Fleafel manufactures duvet covers in percale, sateen, twill and jacquard for hotel groups, national retailers and private label bedding brands. Three closures are in production: a button placket at 180 mm button pitch, a concealed #5 nylon coil zip behind a self-fabric flap, and an envelope with a 350 mm internal flap and no hardware. Covers are cut to the national conventions of the UK and EU markets, and to customer specification for the US, where duvet sizes vary by brand. Minimum order is 150 pieces per size and colourway in stock fabric, or 300 dyed to your colour.

All dimensions are finished, measured flat and relaxed after final press. Hospitality sizes are made to property specification and are not limited to this chart.
