Double-turned 100 mm top hem, mitred or plain corners

Fleafel manufactures flat sheets in percale, sateen, twill and jacquard for hotel groups, national retailers and private label bedding brands. The top hem is double-turned at 100 mm and the bottom hem is 25 mm, both held to ±3 mm, with mitred or plain corners. Sheets are cut to the published UK and US finished sizes, or to a house size on customer specification. Minimum order is 250 pieces per size and colourway in stock fabric, or 500 dyed to your colour.

In Germany the long-standing norm is a 135 × 200 cm duvet cover with an 80 × 80 cm pillowcase. France and Belgium commonly use 140 × 200 with a square 65 × 65 pillowcase that is rarely sold in Germany. Fleafel produces to each national convention.

All dimensions are finished, measured flat and relaxed after final press. Hospitality sizes are made to property specification and are not limited to this chart.
